I send warm greetings this snowy morning from East Lansing, Michigan! It’s exciting to vend at the annual Alternative Holiday Sale until 4pm, organized by the Peace Education Center of Greater Lansing. Original art work — my own and that of other women artists — are featured at my table. Also you’ll find natural stones and jewelry bundles; inspiring books; plus art supplies. I am greatly simplifying life in service of project La Puenta, bridging sustainable arts with women in Peru and Michigan. Downsizing belongings, residing in collective housing, and a living-wage budget are a few changes. I welcome support through fundraising efforts like these.
